As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm and comfortable environment for each individual I am blessed to work with. Whether it is an adolescent or teenager needing a space to figure out life, a parent who has an adolescent struggling with the journey of being a teenager, or an individual seeking help after a divorce, breakup, or personal crisis, I will work with you on making collaborative goals to help you see the light at the end of the tunnel! I counsel clients with problems ranging from relationship issues to parenting or coping skills to build a stronger sense of self-awareness and self-management. I use a variety of styles and techniques to meet the needs of each individual I meet. My desire is for every client to leave a session with hope and a stronger sense of self so that they become empowered, build resilience and thrive.
