Hello! My name is Jennifer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota with over 5 years of experience working in mental health. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minor is Psychology from The College of Saint Scholastica and received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including issues surrounding COVID-19, depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, aging and geriatric issues and fertility issues. I also helped many people who have experienced postpartum depression and women’s issues.

My counseling style is honest, genuine and interactive. I would describe myself as down-to-earth and open-minded. I have worked in a variety of settings including, adult mental health, outpatient therapy with adolescents and adults and inpatient geriatric psychiatry. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic and client-centered counseling.

Challenges and painful times are part of the human experience. I understand seeking help can be a vulnerable step to take. Change is not easy, but it is possible. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
