I am a licensed therapist with experience that expands across many populations of clients. I believe that change is always possible. My approach is direct and genuine, hopefully insightful, and certainly empathetic. I work with individuals - adolescents and adults, with anxiety and depression. I will attempt to help you process your concerns and provide you with proper coping skills to properly deal with the concerns at hand.
