Hi there. My name is Jen and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Oklahoma with two teenagers, two dogs, a house rabbit and my boyfriend of 4 years. I began my career in 2004 after graduating with my master's degree in social work. My first job was in an adolescent and adult forensic program in north Texas. The work was bananas and sometimes a little scary, but I gained experience that I've carried with me throughout my career. The biggest lesson...just be a nice person and care about the people you're working for...the clients. Since that time I have worked with all kinds of men and women from all age groups who are struggling to find their way through depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress as well as addictions of all kinds, career challenges and relationship and parenting struggles. I have also helped brave souls as they try to cope with trauma or abuse and supported our first responders and military personnel who sacrifice a part of themselves every time they walk out the front door.

My counseling style is calm, but direct and real. I believe everyone deserves to be heard and everyone deserves second chances. I want the people who choose to work with me to know they are safe bringing all of their secrets and struggles to our sessions and to know they will never be judged. My therapy "approach" changes based on what works best for you because everyone is different and you are the expert on you.
