Hello and welcome! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I have been trained in trauma informed care, and I am a certified clinical trauma professional. As a clinician, I practice with a person-centered approach. I have experience working with young adults, adults, and families with a variety of mental health issues such as: depression, anxiety, and supporting individuals who are currently going through life stressors. I also have experience in advocating and working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other traumas. I can provide treatment in English and in Spanish. As a clinician, my main focus in treatment is helping the client heal, increase self-compassion, and help gain a new healthy perspective of self.
