Hello, I'm Jennifer. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or struggling to juggle your responsibilities? Do you feel your relationships are not where you want them to be? Are you having difficulties at work or maintaining your health? Do you talk to yourself using negative language? I can help you process your thoughts and feelings, and figure out what is needed to have you feeling more balanced. We will work together to address what concerns you. My goal is to provide, first and foremost, support and guidance. Whether you're dealing with anxiety and depression, issues at work, or issues in your relationships with family and friends, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary and you might not be convinced it will work. Please know you are making the correct decision for yourself. Therapy will give you a safe space to heal and grow.
