Welcome! I first want to take a moment to tell you that I appreciate the fact you have taken the first steps in seeking counseling support. I can help!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself and how I plan to support you.

I have a master's degree in Counseling (2006) and am a Licensed Marriage, Family & Child Therapist in California. I have spent time throughout my 13 year career working with individuals, families and children who are seeking support for life's journey. I have experience working with those who have experienced trauma and abuse, serious illness, grief and loss, relationships/marriage concerns and life adjustments. I'm also currently providing counseling to active duty military and their families.

When we connect, I want to ensure you receive all of the support you are seeking. I generally tend to check messages and respond to messages 1-2 times per day, 7 days a week. If you feel you would like more dedicated time, then a 1-1 session would be best. Those sessions take place Monday through Thursday in the evenings and Sunday mornings. My counseling style involves working with you to create goals, reach insight and providing tools to enhance your therapy experience. I will be primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused therapy in our sessions, interspersed with a variety of other techniques. It will involve work on your part, but if we both put in the effort and time it will be a fruitful experience!
