It is sometimes difficult to take the first step toward helping oneself make positive changes in one's life. However, a warm and empowering source of support can help with staying focused and motivated toward reaching some better understanding of oneself. I look forward to providing such support through compassion, acceptance, and connection. I am currently licensed in the states of NC and MD so may provide services to those residing in those states. Unfortunately, due to professional insurance limitations, I am not able to work with clients living outside of the US.
