About

I am passionate about my work with young adults and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, co-dependency, family/relational difficulties and/or life transitions. I enjoy collaborating with clients from all backgrounds and identities and I am able to honor each person’s cultural background in our work together.

I pride myself in taking an individualized approach with each client while providing a safe, supportive, interactive and non-judgmental environment. I join together with my clients to explore and identify the barriers that are causing distress in daily life. I believe everyone has a unique story and I am here to support clients in their growth and walk beside them in their journey of self-discovery. I spent several years as a high school counselor addressing various mental health needs and teaching various skills while also providing social-emotional learning. I am trained in several therapeutic modalities and enjoy using my relational and strengths-based approach in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. I am also able to integrate spirituality into sessions as desired. I look forward to working together to cultivate the hope you have within you!
