I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in Oklahoma and Missouri with 11 years experience working in various settings in the mental w health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, OCD and ADHD. I also have specialized training in CAMS (Collaborative approach for managing suicidality), TFCBT trauma therapy and ACRA substance abuse treatment.

My counseling style is client centered and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I focus my approaches on the client centered modality because I feel each person should play an active and engaged part in their own recovery. I implement motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy during my sessions.
