I provide a safe and comforting space to process the emotions of grief and loss. Together, we can honor your loved one's memory and create a toolbox that will help you and your children normalize the emotions of grief. Too often, we are confronted with a culture that does not allow for/or support healthy grief expression and here, you will find a partner in your journey. I integrate tools of mindfulness, empowerment, art, music and play throughout therapy and most importantly, I listen actively and deeply to your needs. Whether you're dealing with a very new loss, reaching out for group support or looking to support children after a loss, I'm here to help. I commend you for seeking support.
