I love working with people in every stage of their lives! People often work with me due to problems with their relationships, whether it is with a partner, parenting dilemmas, or their extended family. In addition to relational dilemmas, I see individuals working to move beyond trauma, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, and work stressors to name a few.

I use an eclectic approach to meet each client's specific needs. My training and background includes DBT, play-therapy, CBT, and chronic medical conditions. I am working on certifications as a Gottman Therapist for couples and in Somatic Experiencing for trauma and attachment. My experiences have led me to work in rural and urban areas across the country from outpatient clinics to inpatient hospitals. This breadth of exposure gives me a unique way of working with you as an individual! Clients tell me I am easy to engage with, nonjudgmental, and creative.
