We all experience challenges where we recognize that our old ways of getting through life are no longer working. Feeling stuck, we tell ourselves we have no choice. However, as deeply as you can feel pain, hurt and despair, you also have the ability to experience healing, love and happiness. I am a mother, a wife, and just like you, I am working on myself to make the best of this life. Seeking help in a time of need shows your bravery and courage.
