About
Every human being experiences hardships and difficult times in their life. I became a therapist in order to understand and support people in getting through and understanding themselves in such times. I work from a Cognitive-behavioral Approach, meaning I believe that our thoughts, both conscious and subconscious, influence our behaviors and vice versa. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and developmental transitions between teen and adulthood. Especially with the pandemic, that transition has been especially difficult on both the student and the families.
