Hello, hello! I am Jennifer (she/her) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California. I am passionate about mental health and breaking the stigma. I provide a safe non judge mental place where clients can become the best versions of themselves. I believe past experiences effect our current functioning and through integration of our whole self there is healing. I work from a lens of unconditional positive regard for each of my clients, embracing the awkward of therapy and a space where authenticity flourishes. I feel honored to bare witness to each of my clients stories and walk along side you in your journey. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders, LGBTIA, self esteem, women’s issues, cultural diversity, racial injustice, divorce, suicide prevention, personality disorders, crisis intervention, trauma, PTSD, relapse prevention and survivors of domestic violence.
