About

I am a licensed counselor with several years of experience working as a psycho-counselor and life/wellness coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Having experienced my own emotional and mental health struggles, I can fully appreciate and empathize with what my clients are going through. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. Having a background in massage therapy, yoga and mediation, I also use a holistic approach when working with clients- addressing the mind, body and spirit/soul.

I feel that everyone is worthy and deserving of a happy and fulfilling life, but often times, our inner dialogue and life experiences make us feel that we are not worthy or capable of that. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
