I am licensed in Oregon with 15 years of professional work experience. I work with people struggling with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also help those struggling in their recovery to prevent relapse. I am a direct communicator and operate from a solution focused mindset using a cognitive behavioral approach. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
