Hi! I have 20 years experience working as a counselor in the US, U.K, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Japan. I obtained my Master’s in Counseling with high honors from Regis University in Denver, CO. My orientation is integrative, with a primary emphasis on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy. I also incorporate some somatic or body-centered therapy principles, such as body movement, breathwork, mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping, and polyvagal theory.
