Jennifer graduated from National Louis University where she earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her studies focused on building an integrated approach to begin healing and achieving personal growth. Jennifer has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. She sees counseling as a collaborative relationship in which she is committed to providing a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment for her clients to cope with life's challenges. Jennifer utilizes cognitive techniques with a solution focused approach to help her clients initiate the positive changes they'd like to see in their lives. When she is not working, Jennifer makes her life meaningful by spending quality time with loved ones, traveling, and making crafts.
