I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has worked in the state of Florida for more than 12 years. I have worked with clients to help them overcome a wide range of challenges not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, marriage, and parenting concerns.
My counseling style is solution focused with a largely cognitive behavioral approach. When requested by the client the use of Biblical foundations can be explored and applied.
The greatest challenge is recognizing their is a challenge. I can help you move forward toward a solution and recover the confidence it takes to maintain it.
