Welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Jennifer Quigley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the State of New Jersey. My primary focus has been on the treatment of anxiety, addiction and depressive disorders. My career has focused on assisting a variety of clients of all ages using a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based approach. These can be excellent tools to develop coping skills, and better strategies to deal with mental health triggers. I strongly believe in utilizing a collaborative approach to therapy in which both my clients and I work actively together to develop coping skills, adjust negative thought patterns and achieve goals.
