My name is Jenn and I am a mental health professional licensed in Alabama. I have over 5 years of experience working as a therapist and licensed clinical social worker. I have worked with people who've experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety as well as those dealing with changes and challenges in life. I believe it takes strength to seek out therapy as well as discuss issues and concerns in the present or past. My counseling approach is strength-based and person centered and starting where you're at emotionally, as well as where you are comfortable. I am strongly against any stigmatizing labels, and believe everyone should be treated with respect. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan based off of your personalized needs.
