I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of Florida with over 7.5 years of experience. I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem/self-confidence, anger management, mild substance use, OCD and ADHD. I have also worked with clients who have experienced a traumatic incident (or series of incidents), such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, and may or may not be diagnosed with PTSD because of it.

I would describe my counseling style as collaborative and calming. I believe everyone should be treated with respect, compassion, and come from a place of understanding. I typically utilize a combination of approaches such as person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solutions focused, and EMDR therapy. Of course, I will tailor our interactions, treatment, and subsequent goals/plan to meet your specific and unique needs. Therapy is a very interactive and collaborative process, which also means that treatment may need to be adjusted as progress is made.
