My name is Jenni and it's wonderful to meet you!

As a counselor, my work with clients is focused on each individual's needs and their personal journey towards mental health. Theories that inform my clinical work include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and Existential therapy. I also incorporate Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques. Supporting these theories is a genuine desire to help others while providing a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere.

I completed a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017. I have had the opportunity to provide therapy for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, college and student issues, guilt/shame, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and spiritual issues.
