I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from NKU and have worked previously in community mental health, psychiatric inpatient settings, program director and providing individual, couples and family therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy and trauma processing to assist in obtaining or maintaining weight loss and healthy living goals. I also have extensive training in couples and family therapy. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to therapy is warm and empowering. I love to provide education to individuals on areas they are working on so they have a good awareness and can make the best decisions for themselves so they can meet their goals. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal for therapy with each client is to build self awareness as I believe this is the first step to meeting goals.
