Welcome! I am so glad you are here! I currently have openings for new clients and I am booking within one week. I have been practicing counseling since 2004 and work with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma and relationship issues. I believe that we all have the capacity to change and that change happens in the context of relationship. Some of the most meaningful seasons of personal growth are born out of the most difficult of circumstances. Seeking help can feel overwhelming. My job as a counselor is to help clients navigate these difficult situations so they find the way forward. The challenges facing students today are greater than ever before with the needs for mental healthcare increasing. I love working with junior high and high school girls struggling with anxiety and self esteem. My clinical experience also includes more than fifteen years working with college students as they navigate the unique struggles of university life.
