I specialize in Christian counseling, relationships, trauma healing, as well as the culturally marginalized.

My approach to therapy creates a safe place for Christians and the culturally marginalized to explore themselves and heal. I also work with clients of non-Christian backgrounds and who are not culturally marginalized.

My clients are challenged to move beyond their comfort zone to create the change they desire. Those I work with have a strong desire for change, and must be willing to sit with their emotions, practice skills learned in session, and commit to living their best lives.
