I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker serving Arizona and New Mexico. I have over 20 years of professional experience as counselor, case manager and in quality/compliance. I specialize in helping clients cope with life stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression.
I am a very strengths-based counselor (and person) I look for hope within the current situation and work to build upon it. Even during our most difficult and painful seasons of life, I strive to find small glimmers of hope that we can build on together. I prefer a non-confrontational approach to working with clients, I will come along side of you in your journey with positive regard.
I fully understand and appreciate that taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life requires a ton of courage. I welcome joining you on this journey.
