Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with eight years of direct client experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of life stressors and mental health issues with a focus on depression and anxiety. I have also spent a lot of time working with Veterans and Military Members and their families. I highly enjoy working with young adults going through various life transitions.
My counseling style is warm and welcoming. I treat each person with an individual approach as each person's needs are different. I strive for a collaborative and non-judgmental approach. I'm here to coach you and guide you in making the best version of yourself. I typically combine cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness.
