Holistic Wellness is important to me and my psychotherapy practice addresses Mind, Body, and Spirit(non-religious) to provide a safe, supportive, and authentic environment for social emotional growth and healing. My experiences have led me to specialize in Anxiety and Chronic illness/pain in my practice but the vast skill sets I've obtained allow me to be knowledgeable in a wide variety of emotional/ mental health needs. I am a dual licensed Social worker with a decade of experience in mental health and chronic health prevention and management. I started my Social Work journey at Madonna University in Livonia, MI earning a BSW and continued on at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and earning her MSW in 2010.
