About

I am a licensed clinical social worker who treats adults and adolescents struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, managing life transitions, anger management, and substance abuse. I provide individual and couples psychotherapy.
My approach is strongly client-centered, strengths and cognitively behaviorally based while also drawing on psychodynamic techniques. In therapy, I believe building a caring, accepting, non-judgemental relationship helps clients gain understanding into why they feel, think, and live.
