I have served San Antonio for over 15 years in a variety of roles designed to provided support, education, and resources to those in need. In the last 8 years, I have worked with individuals and families involved with CPS and probation, and those dealing with substance use, addiction, and severe mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues. I have worked in private practice, psychiatric facilities, and with the local mental health authority. I offer both telehealth and in person sessions. What is your approach to therapy? My goal is to empower you to find peace, balance and happiness to improve your quality of life. I want to help you uncover the knowledge, strengths, and tools you already possess to resolve the issues you face, and I will help you learn new ideas and skills as needed. Family members and partners are welcome to be part of your treatment if we both find it to be beneficial. We will set your goals together and I will utilize an integrative and person-centered approach that fits your needs. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment that promotes self-exploration and healing. The process and journey may be challenging and uncomfortable at times, but working through these times can help you achieve long-term growth.
