About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been providing services in Texas for the past 10 years. I have worked with a variety of issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, work related issues, etc. My recent experience and population I served was the Military and veteran community and their families. In addition I also have experience working with civilians and individuals suffering from mental health issues or regular day to day stress.

My counseling style is compassionate and person centered where I focus on what you want to address in treatment that you feel will be the most beneficial. My main approach to therapy is using CBT but I am also trained and certified in other therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, Solution focused and EFT. Each individual is unique in their needs and I try to accommodate my approach to therapy based on what you are presenting.
