I am here to help with any of life's many challenges! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. I provide professional, confidential counseling services that are tailored to fit each person's unique needs. I also have specific training and experience prior to private practice in the fields of education, college, and career transitions. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches and work as a life coach helping my clients work through the changes and challenges that come with life. I have a passion for supporting each client in their desire to become more emotionally healthy, independent, and resilient. I have also worked extensively with individuals struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, relational and behavioral issues.
