I am an LCSW licensed in the state of Maine with over 20 years' experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, chronic illness and grief and loss.

My style is warm and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, sensitivity and respect. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach includes cognitive- behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness and client centered therapy. I will tailor our work to your unique and specific needs.
