I’ve worked 30 years in this field and am very fortunate to have found my passion. I simply care about helping others through their own self discovery. I think of therapy as walking with you and supporting you on your journey. It is a privilege to be invited into someone's life story. I work a lot on life balance, strength based and mindfulness practices. I've dedicated many years to nonprofit community mental health. I’ve worked extensively with adolescents and adults in all ages and stages of life, facilitate addiction recovery counseling and groups and love doing family/couples work. LGBTQ friendly.
