About

I am a licensed mental health counselor, certified clinical professional and an EMDR practitioner working in Florida for 8 years in counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, borderline personality disorder, trauma, emotional, physical, psychological abuse, domestic violence, childhood traumas, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, schizophrenia, co-occurring and DID. I am open to helping client's with any and all concerns.
My counseling style is compassionate, genuine and interactive. I personally believe in treating everyone with compassion, empathy and respect. I will not use stigmatizing labels a I do not believe that helps anyone. My approach combines cognitive - behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and DBT. I will make sure to personalize our sessions and treatment to meet your personal and specific needs.
