About

I am a licensed professional counselor with most of my career spent working for the Federal government with Veterans, Active Duty Military, and their family members. I have specialize in trauma, addiction, personality disorders, and suicide prevention; however, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief, and bullying.

My therapy style is warm and interactive; we will collaborate and work together to reach your treatment goals. I believe in treating everyone with with compassion and respect, while providing excellent care. I am grounded in Adlerian theory; however, I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy , dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive progressing therapy, prolonged exposure, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs and what will work best for the client meet their treatment goals.
