I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 18 years of experience. I have facilitated counseling sessions with elementary age children to elderly adults. My practice modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Treatment, and Motivational Interviewing. I have worked with a wide range of diagnosis, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, specific phobias, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I focus on the client's goals and purpose for participating in counseling services. I feel it is important to meet client's where they are at and help guide them in the therapy process.
