I love working with those who are searching to find and make a meaningful narrative of their lives; people who desire to know themselves better; people who are willing to step in, be seen, and rework their pain and trauma. I love to share the tools of self-compassion, loving-kindness, and mindful awareness. I enjoy creating an oasis where clients can workshop the intricacies of life into well-organized supports that propel them into satisfaction and ease; where there are no rules of what can or can’t be explored- an f-bomb is welcomed and so are the tears. I work from a culturally inclusive lens, valuing each individual’s inherent beauty and sovereignty.

Jennifer Ott offers a mix of person-centered, mindfulness-based, and cultural relational theory; creating a safe container to explore mental wellness, connection, and overall health and vitality. She has taught and facilitated personal development and communication workshops nationwide, led mindfulness and wellness retreats, is a yoga and meditation instructor and practitioner, has completed specialized studies in the psychology of eating, nutrition, and holistic life coaching, her bachelor's degree in psychology of human behavior and masters degree in the science of counseling. She is currently engaged in year two of a three-year certificate study of Somatic Experiencing, a body-centered approach to addressing nervous system regulation and complex trauma.
