Hello and welcome; I am Jennifer Gleizer, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My main goal is to help you overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from living a fulfilling, productive, happy life. I believe we all possess the ability to change our thoughts and behaviors no matter what stage of life we are in or how set in our ways we might believe we are. With the proper guidance, motivation, and commitment to the process of change, we can overcome lifelong barriers and live a satisfying, well-balanced, fulfilling life. My approach My approach to therapy is to utilize a variety of treatment methods depending on your individual, unique goals and needs. I use a foundation of CBT and build from there with other modalities as needed. Together we will formulate a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific goals and focused on achieving long-lasting results. My focus I have 13 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of diverse clients. I have extensive experience in a variety of specializations, such as; Relationship Issues, Family/Couple Conflict, Codependency, Substance Abuse, Childhood Trauma, Grief and Loss, Self Esteem, Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Management. My communication style I provide a warm, compassionate, empathetic environment that promotes vulnerability, which is essential in order to effectively work on changing old patterns and behaviors. My journey to therapy Being a great listener and helping people work through their challenges has always been a natural ability for me, and I absolutely love being a therapist and helping people improve themselves and thrive.
