I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, loss of independence, coping with care giving stresses, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared freely, with honesty and humor, without any fear of judgment.
