I am licensed in Virginia with 10 years of professional work experience in a variety of settings. I use a trauma informed lens in approaching client needs and work hard to advocate for underserved and underrepresented identities. I typically approach my work from a strengths based perspective and use motivational interviewing, ACT, and cognitive behavioral interventions to support your goals for change.

I have experience in many areas including helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, LGBTQIA+, trauma and abuse, family changes, parenting concerns, and substance concerns. I strive to be affirming and supportive.
