Ms. Jennifer DiGianni, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults for individual, family, and couple’s therapy. Ms. DiGianni passion lies in assisting individuals uncover their strengths and learn new skills to allow them to cope with everyday challenges. Ms. DiDianni utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches to best treat the client which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strength-Based Perspective, and Structural Therapy. Ms. DiGianni works diligently to create a safe and validating space for her clients while integrating the client’s needs with their therapy goals. Ms. DiGianni received her Master of Social Work from Adelphi University. She has an extensive background working with individuals and families in a variety of settings. Ms. DiGianni works with clients with a broad range of diagnoses, encompassing depression, anxiety, life transitions/conflict, relationship struggles, PTSD/trauma, grief, and more. She has been certified through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
