My name is Jennifer Daake. I use a collaborative and individualized integrative wellness approach in a therapeutic environment, focusing on overcoming challenges and exploring solutions to various mental health and addiction issues. I work from a cognitive behavioral perspective that thoughts, feeling, and behaviors are influential and incorporate mindfulness and creativity to create positive changes. I have experience working with clients with various issues, from trauma and PTSD to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction-related disorders.
