I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working with children, families and adults struggling with trauma, suicide, depression, anxiety, couples and family related issues and substance abuse. I work from a family systems and cognitive behavioral approach, while being warm and sensitive to the needs of my clients. My therapeutic style focuses on being interactive, engaged, compassionate and creating a safe therapeutic environment for my clients; while helping them gain fulfillment in their life. While life can be quite challenging, my focus is to support clients in developing long lasting skills that provide healing and hope. I believe these renewed skills can lay the foundation for a satisfying life.
