The way we feel about ourselves impacts all aspects of our lives; from our work, to our relationships, to how we take care of ourselves. My entire career, as a dietitian and therapist, has focused on supporting individuals so they can feel and see themselves better.
I have worked with individuals of all ages to reduce symptoms of mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. I have a passion for working with those struggling with eating disorders, body image, and self esteem issues. My training includes CBT, DBT and mindfulness, with a warm and compassionate approach.
