About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have had 10 years of experience working within the mental health field. I have worked with clients who have had a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, borderline personality, and substance use. Some of my approaches in therapy consist of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I am non-judgemental, and compassionate and want clients to feel supported and respected. I hope to be able to work with you on achieving goals that you would like to from therapy.
