Children and Adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, learning differences, intellectual disability, general stress, or another developmental or mental health concern, may experience a range of very positive as well as very difficult emotions, feelings, and situations. Therapy provides an opportunity to learn new skills that can help you or a loved one manage those tough or stressful situations and emotions. I work with adolescents and their families on a range of topics and meet young people where they are in their own mental health journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked extensively as part of the behavioral health team in a top-tier pediatric hospital in the Texas Medical Center. I use evidence-based therapy interventions to help you or your loved one explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is for you or your loved one to feel understood, comfortable, and safe sharing personal topics in a space free of judgment.
