I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in California. I have 5 years experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and conditions such as depression/anxiety, addiction, trauma, parenting problems, communication and relationship issues, adoptions and foster care as well as the juvinele/adult justice system/probation/parole.
I believe that all people have the inner strength to overcome any obstacle. My approach to therapy is to empower my clients to be able to achieve their goals and live their best life. The modalities I use consist of CBT, Client Centered Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Strategic and Structural Therapies. I can however use the approach that works best for you.
